Formulated by award-winning scientist lichiroh Ohhira, Ph.D, Essential Living Oils provides a certified vegan source of Omega-3, -6, and -9 essential fatty acids in the proper ratio of 4:1:1. The cold-pressed oils are derived from eight naturally cultivated plants and seeds meticulously grown to Japanese Agricultural Standards. This blend provides all of the good fats in an ideal balance to support whole health.
Dr. Ohhira's Essential Living Oils is carefully blended and balanced to deliver 550 mg of Omega 3 oils (as a-linolenic acid - ALA), 140 mg of Omega 6 (linoleic acid LA) and 135 mg of Omega 9 fatty acids (oleic acid). This ratio of approximately 4:1:1 of Omega 3: Omega 6: Omega 9 fatty acids has been shown to support cardiovascular health, promote positive prostaglandin levels and provide other health benefits as part of an overall healthcare regimen.
Suggested use
Take 2 capsules daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Vegan soft-gel capsule (roasted starch, food-grade carrageenan from red seaweed, and vegetable glycerin from palm fruit oil).
