  • Qualifying orders over $99.95 and shipping within the USA will be eligible for Free Economy Shipping.

* Specific items within the store are excluded from free shipping due to their large size and/or weight. Items that are excluded from free shipping are clearly marked as such at the bottom of each product page description. If an order contains one of these items, the entire order will not be eligible for free shipping.  If the combined cart total weight is over 1lb, priority mail is the only option and a reduced cost is offer at $3.99

Free Local Pickup Shipping

1) During Better Health International's business hours, and at least 2 hour before you plan to pick up your order, select “Pick up in Store” as one of the shipping options during checkout on BetterHealthInternational.net and complete the checkout process.

2)     Make your way to Better Health International at: 6321 Porter Road, Suite 4, Sarasota, FL 34240.  When you pull into the parking lot, part at any of the open and available parking space.

3)     Put up your face covering before entering into our store

4)     Please allow 10-15 minutes in case all of us are busy serving other customers, a Better Health International personnel will hand you with your order.

Route Shipping Insurance FAQ

What is Route?

Better Health International has partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route offers a few options to improve the post-purchase experience.

Route Refunds vs Reorders

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered
  • Orders over $100 USD require a police report

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (US), 60 days from order date
  • Issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from order date

Damaged

  • File issues for damaged items with photos of the package and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route package protection at checkout.

When you add Route Protect, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.

What if my order is damaged?

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect (package protection) at checkout.

How do I file a shipping issue for my lost, stolen or damaged order?

If you insured your order with Route Protect at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via their web.

Does Route Protect cover stolen items?

Yes! When you insure your orders with Route Protect, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds.

Is Route a licensed insurance company?

Yes. Route is a licensed insurance company with SEG Insurance Ltd. as its partner.

US Shipping + Handling Methods

Free for orders over $99.95. Standard Shipping is $5.99 for all other orders. Most orders are shipped by the US Postal Service - Priority Mail or First Class Mail. The average delivery time is 4-10 business days. In some cases, we have seen expected delivery times in 2-5 business days. Heavier packages are shipped by FedEx Ground. The average delivery time is 2-6 business days. Priority Mail - Calculated based on real-time postal rates. The average delivery time is 2-6 business days.

Note: All orders are subject to the 11 am EST cut-off time for same-day shipping, along with 1-2 business days for handling your order for shipment. 

Heavier packages are shipped by FedEx Ground. The average delivery time is 2-6 business days.

Priority Mail - Calculated based on real-time postal rates. The average delivery time is 2-3 business days.

FedEx 2 Day - Calculated based on real-time rates. The average delivery time is 2 business days.

FedEx Standard Overnight - Calculated based on real-time rates. The average delivery time is 1 business day.

Most orders ship on the same or next business day. If we are unable to ship your order out we will do our best to contact you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FedEx is facing increased demand despite the reduced capacity available in the global market due to the flight cancellations by passenger and cargo airlines

These situations result in network changes and temporary service adjustments for FedEx Express as outlined below. We will continue to use our logistics network to minimize service impacts to deliver the best possible service to our customers. We are experiencing delays and outages and are temporarily suspending FEX-EX money-back guarantees.

Please be advised we are not responsible for your package once it is picked up by FED-EX. We will provide tracking numbers, but we cannot assist you in tracking your package. Please go to https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html to track your order.

We have years of experience shipping outside of the US and thousands of international customers. Please read the international terms and conditions before ordering to avoid any unexpected problems. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the shipping weight.

International Shipping Methods
USPS First-Class Package International Service - Reliable but limited tracking, 1-4 weeks estimated time for delivery. 4 lb maximum weight.
USPS Priority Mail International - Tracking Number, Estimated delivery of 10-21 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express International - Tracking Number, Estimated delivery of 4-6 business days.
FedEx International Priority - Full Tracking, Maybe additional fees, More chance of problems with customs than postal delivery. 3-6 days estimated delivery.

International Terms and Conditions
You may be charged custom's fees, duties or taxes. These are separate from your shipping cost and are billed directly to you. Better Health International has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. You are solely responsible for these charges.
It is also your responsibility to make sure that the supplements you order are allowed to be imported from the US. We suggest that you to contact your local customs office before placing an order to review the regulations for your particular country.

Note to our UK customers: Please be advised that orders going to the UK that is valued at over $23.00 US may be charged a VAT tax by UK customs.

Returned and Refused Shipments
If your shipment is returned to us because the supplement was banned by customs, the customer made an address error when placing the order or the package was refused by the customer, we will provide a refund on the purchase price of the product minus 10% restocking fee when we receive the package. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If the package is seized by customs and not returned to us, we will not be an ability to issue a refund.

If there is a severe snowstorm that interferes with the transit of your order we have no control over that, nor does the carrier.
