Suggested use
For adults, take two (2) tablets three times daily, or six (6) tablets at 
night before retiring.

Other ingredients
Vegetable cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, silica, vegetable stearic 
acid, vegetable magnesium stearate.

No gluten, no yeast, no wheat, no milk or milk derivatives, no lactose, 
no soy, no egg, no grapefruit, no sugar, no starch, no preservatives, 
no artificial color, no artificial flavor, no sodium.

Warnings
Limit use to no more than 1 to 2 weeks. Not intended for use by
