Liginsul brand MSM offers pain relief for those who suffer from arthritis, researchers say. Scientists from the School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, suggest the supplement, could be a nontoxic alternative for those afflicted with arthritis.
In a preliminary study of 16 patients, 80 percent of those who took 2,250 milligrams of Lignisul daily for six weeks reported an 82 percent average improvement in pain relief compared with an 18 percent improvement in people who received a placebo.
